Visits subject to "3G rule"

From Tuesday, August 31, 2021, visitors to the concentration camp memorial Mittelbau-Dora are required to be vaccinated, recovered, or tested.

From Tuedsay, August 31, 2021, the "3G rule" (genesen - recovered, getestet - tested, geimpft - vaccinated) will apply to visiting the concentration camp memorial Mittelbau-Dora. We therefore kindly ask that upon entering the museum building you show official proof of

- full vaccination (the second vaccination must have taken place at least 14 days prior) or

- recovery (valid until 6 months after a positive test result) or

- a negative corona test result (rapid test no older than 24 hours, PCR test no older than 48 hours).

To contain the spread of Covid-19, we ask that visitors also comply with the following additional hygiene policies:

- Since the permitted number of participants in guided tours is limited, the memorial asks that participants register ahead of time. Visitor Services can be reached by e-mail at  besucheranmeldung(at)dora(dot)de or by phone at 03631 495820.

- An FFP2 mask is to be worn inside all buildings. The usual hygiene and physical distancing rules apply. Entry to rooms is limited according to room size.

- Due to the climate in the tunnels in the Kohnstein, the risk of infection is particularly elevated there. The tunnel facilities therefore have to remain closed to visitors until further notice and are currently not part of tours. Areas of the camp grounds that are not usually included in tours have been incorporated instead.

- The former crematorium may only be entered as part of a tour.
