Three parking spaces for visitors who are holders of a disability card are located at the beginning of the parking bay. The paved street leading from the parking bay to the museum building is 300 metres long.

The museum building, which includes the permanent exhibition, the museum café, the archive, and the library are fully accessible (elevators, DIN-norm wheelchair-accessible restrooms).

Because of special memorial requirements, the outdoor area – including the tunnel system – is only partially accessible to wheelchair users; additional information and assistance is available at the visitor information centre.

Special guided tours for individuals who are hearing-, vision-, or mobility-impaired are available by prior arrangement with the visitor information centre.

More information on the accessibility of the memorial is available here.
