Documentation Department

The archival collection of the Mittelbau-Dora Concentration Camp Memorial includes letters, postcards, reports written from memory and other documents entrusted to the memorial by concentration camp survivors or their kin for permanent safekeeping. The collection also contains reproductions of documents belonging to other archives.

The Mittelbau-Dora Concentration Camp Memorial requests that old documents of possible importance for research into the camp history, if found (for example during household clearances, etc.), be turned in to the documentation department for permanent safekeeping.
