With its ruling of September 12, 1999 – 312 O 85/99 – »Liability for Links« – the Regional Court in Hamburg decided that addition of a link makes one jointly responsible for the content of the linked page should the occasion arise. According to the Regional Court, this can only be hindered if one expressly distances oneself from such content. We thus hereby expressly distance ourselves from content of any kind on pages we have linked. We declare expressly that we have no influence at all over pages located outside our domain and thus cannot be held responsible.
